– The customer support team will consider all relevant factors and communicate with you to resolve the issue.

4.All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds unless one of the following circumstances occurs{type:’text’,text:
– The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incompe or inconsistent.
– Customer accounts are frozen or suspended due to the customer’s illegal activities.
– There is a breach of the customer’s obligations regarding the acceptable use of the system or service as defined in the Terms of Use.
– The customer has purchased a plan package through the customer dashboard which has expired.
5.The following situations are considered non-refundable activities{type:’text’,text:
– The customer has begun transmitting and/or receiving data through the system.
– The quality of service provided is in accordance with the conditions specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
– Connection quality and connection speed are limited by third-party capabilities and are beyond the control of Proxyreseller.
6.We do not warrant any quality measurement of the quality of the internet connection provided by third-party internet service providers, and you agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are non-refundable events.
7.Proxyreselleris not responsible for the compatibility of client software with the system as long as the client may use third-party and/or proprietary software (client software) to access and/or use the system.
